All applicants must be computer literate and must not be over 40 yrs. old.
Interested applicants shall submit to the Office of the Regional Director, thru the IMSD, this office, the following documents:
1. Application letter ( 5 copies);
2. Updated Personal Data Sheets (PDS)- CSC form, with 2 X 2 pictures and List of
Trainings attended ( 5 copies) with copies of certificates of relevant training and copy of eligibility;
3 . Transcript of Records and Diploma ( 2 sets only); and
4. Very Satisfactory Performance Evaluation Ratings ( latest 2 semesters)- in case of transferees from
other government agencies.
Applicants must be willing to be assigned anywhere in Region 7.
Applications with incomplete requirements will not be accepted. For transferees, they should also submit Service Record issued by the agency they are presently working with.
